Job summary

NDM Hospitality seeks a Resort General Manager to serve as the senior executive leader responsible for operational excellence, guest experience, and long-term asset value across resort operations.

The role requires building leadership teams, driving revenue growth, and managing multi-department functions including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Recreation, and HR. Strong strategic planning and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• 5+ years serving as General Manager or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead with transparency and accountability to drive operational excellence across all departments.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Manage owner/investor relations and communicate performance and strategy clearly.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Ensure guest experience, culture, and service standards meet luxury hospitality expectations.
