Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate for the Hono Koa resort. You will welcome guests, assist with registrations, provide room rate quotes, and help guests plan their stay with warmth and attentiveness.

You will handle cash and credit card transactions following procedures, balance receipts, and confirm reservations, ensuring a smooth, memorable experience from check-in to departure. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English, reading, writing and speaking.
Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth from registration to checkout.
Explain resort features and nearby attractions, and provide reservations and quotes.
Issue and collect keys, process transactions, balance cash, and reconcile folios.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
