Qualifications

• Demonstrates excellent English communication, reading and writing abilities.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality helpful.
• Basic math and cash handling accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide information about the resort and attractions.
• Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and confirm reservations.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks as part of cashier duties.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups; provide room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and accurately.
