Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate in Hawaii to warmly welcome guests and guide them from registration to checkout, providing resort information, quotes, and reservations. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days of employment, with strong emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.

You will balance cash, handle transactions, and ensure accurate guest folios while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and assist from registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete cashier/money handling responsibilities.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
