Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome guests from around the world and assist with registration, reservations, and information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle cash and card transactions, balance cash receipts, and ensure accurate folios while delivering excellent service with a smile. This role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through registration, issue keys and provide resort information.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and complete money-handling tasks.
• Complete check-out procedures and verify charges in folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond promptly to inquiries.
