Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO is hiring a Front Desk Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, folio posting, cash handling, and room assignments.

You will support the marketing team during check-in and ensure smooth Wi-Fi access and tech support at the front desk. The role requires a minimum of high school education, at least one year of customer service experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in resort/hotel.
• Fluent in English; strong communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle folio transactions and check-in/check-out processes.

Aufgaben

• Facilitates guest check-in and check-out experiences, handling complex tasks as needed.
• Answer inquiries and escalate to appropriate resort staff for assistance.
• Maintain a house bank, daily receipts, and cash handling.
• Print, review, and print daily reports; support room assignments as needed.
• Assist guests with various questions and concerns and coordinate with other departments.
