Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking an Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage at Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, MO. You will lead resort dining and entertainment operations, supervise F&B staff, and ensure guest engagement aligns with the brand standard.

The role focuses on delivering memorable experiences, coordinating menus, staffing, budgets, and quality standards while building a culture of service and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to anticipate, prevent and solve complex problems in a fast-paced setting.
• Professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Novice level mastery of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, coaching and scheduling of team members; develop PDPs and ongoing mentorship.
• Analyze staffing and resources; assist with engagement plans, talent reviews and succession planning.
• Model brand-centered leadership; gather guest feedback and drive satisfaction improvements.
