Lifetime Destinations in Branson, MO, is seeking a Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the resort’s front desk. You will greet arrivals, assist with check-in/check-out, and share information about resort amenities to ensure a memorable stay.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a professional, welcoming demeanor in a luxury setting. Prior front desk experience is preferred, and the position is on-site at the resort.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms, ensuring paperwork is completed accurately.
• Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Assist guests with inquiries, concerns or special requests during their stay.
• Program room keys and prepare arrival packets for a smooth check-in.
• Maintain lobby area and commonly used spaces.
