Job summary

Spinnaker Resorts in Branson, Missouri, is seeking a Front Desk Associate to maintain daily desk operations at Palace View Resort and support management with reports and training. The role requires guest-focused service, ability to manage schedules, and comfort with multiple reservations programs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong English communication, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Weekend/overtime availability is expected in a 24/7 hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in reading and writing English; Word, Excel, & email proficiency desired.
• Customer service oriented with a people-person personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication with employees, guests, vendors, and the public.
• Ability to work overtime and/or weekends as required.
• Ability to walk extensively, climb stairs, and lift 50 lbs or more.
• Desire previous customer service experience in related or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Daily operation of the Front Desk at Palace View Resort.
• Assist Front Desk Department Manager with projects, tasks, and assigned reports.
• Learn software, standard procedures, and safety procedures and standards.
• Adhere to work schedules provided by the Front Desk Manager.
• Maintain a productive relationship with co-workers and management.
• Support mission: lifelong relationship with owners and guests through caring staff.
• Backup support to others and participate in special projects.
