Job summary

Westgate Branson Woods Resort in Branson, Missouri, invites friendly hospitality professionals to join our front desk team. You will welcome families, assist with check-in, and provide expert knowledge about resort amenities and local attractions.

You’ll maintain a professional, approachable demeanor, enter guest information accurately, and collaborate with sales to coordinate tours and other duties as assigned.

• Must establish rapport with guests and project an outgoing, welcoming personality.

Responsibilities

• Welcome families and greet guests in the lobby.
• Provide friendly assistance with the check-in process.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor and anticipate guest needs.
• Offer expert knowledge about resort amenities and local attractions.
• Enter tour guest information accurately into the computer.
• Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they pick up their assigned tours.
• Assist sales departments when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
