Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a courteous Front Desk Agent in Georgia to deliver exceptional guest service at the resort. You will handling check-ins/outs, answer guest inquiries, and support with reservations while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy periods. Experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• One or more years of Resort Front Office experience preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume of calls and guest inquiries.
• Open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome Guests in line with Highgate Hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours of operation promptly.
• Assist guests with restaurant, transportation and entertainment information.
• Be familiar with in-house groups and event dates.
• Process room reservations and quote rates accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and related software.
• Assist with shift tasks and cross-train in related areas.
