Job summary

Ascent Hospitality in Georgia seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding guest services and manage check-ins, reservations, and inquiries. You will greet guests, provide information on rooms, rates, and local attractions, and upsell when appropriate.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, customer service, and computer skills, experience in hospitality, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Benefits include health/dental, 401k, PTO, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to understand, read, write and speak English.
• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services is a plus.
• Proficient with computers and front desk software.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional welcome and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide information on rooms, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Upsell services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Handle guest requests, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and brand standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
