Responsibilities include handling payments, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and maintaining a welcoming front desk. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional communication.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy front desk environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and assisting with check-in and reservations.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and handle billing queries.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and route inquiries accordingly.
• Manage room reservations, cancellations, and data entry in the system.
• Assist guests with requests and local recommendations, resolving issues courteously.
• Perform front desk administrative tasks and maintain a presentable area.
• Monitor access, issue visitor passes, and coordinate with security when needed.
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile at end of shift.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow emergency procedures and provide assistance as required.
