The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and tech literacy, with flexibility for varied shifts including evenings and weekends. A high school diploma is expected, college degree a bonus, and prior front desk experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with billing systems.
• Wlexibility with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• One year of front desk or guest service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes.
• Take and manage reservations, upsell where appropriate, and inform guests about local attractions.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns promptly.
• Provide local insights and assist guests to ensure a memorable stay.
• Maintain safety procedures and report incidents as required.
• Uphold brand appearance and be a courteous brand ambassador.
