Job summary

Cedar Point is hiring a Front Desk Agent at Sawmill Creek. You will provide exceptional guest service during check-in and check-out, handle payments, and assist guests with tickets and add-ons. You will learn and use the Opera property management system and support a positive guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out, collecting payments.
Ability to use the hotel Property Management System (Opera).
Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Stand for long periods and maintain professionalism while assisting guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a positive attitude and smile and assist with check-in/check-out.
Sell tickets and add-ons, respond to questions in person or over the phone.
Maintain guest information securely and answer guest inquiries.
