Cedar Point is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide outstanding service to guests staying at Sawmill Creek. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, process payments, and sell tickets and add-ons while using the Opera property management system.

Qualifications

• Charismatic and guest-focused demeanor.
• Ability to learn and operate Opera hotel PMS.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and handle ticket sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service per Cedar Fair standards.
• Maintain guest information securely and assist guests with questions.
