Job summary

Cedar Point at Sawmill Creek is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with check-in and check-out, and sell tickets and add-ons. You will learn and use the Opera property management system to manage guest information efficiently.

We offer paid training, free uniforms, free admission to Cedar Point and other properties, free tickets for family and friends, 20% discounts on food and merch, and employee-only events. Ages 18+; $16.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Charismatic attitude required.
• Ability to learn and use the hotel Property Management System (Opera).
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain guest information securely.
• Check guests in and out, sell tickets, and answer questions.
• Resolve guest concerns positively and professionally.
• Maintain open communication with other shifts and Front Office Manager.
• Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area per safety guidelines.
• Meet Cedar Fair attendance requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned.
