Cedar Point is hiring a Year-Round Front Desk Agent for Sawmill Creek Resort. You will provide exceptional service to guests, assist with check-in/check-out, collect payments, and sell Cedar Point tickets and add-ons.

Proficiency with the Opera PMS is expected, along with a friendly, guest-focused attitude. This role offers paid training, free uniforms, and access to Cedar Point and other properties, plus generous employee perks.

Qualifications

• Charismatic attitude required.
• Ability to learn and use the Opera hotel Property Management System (PMS).

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out and assist with payments.
• Sell tickets to Cedar Point and add-ons, answer questions in person and over the phone.
• Maintain guest information securely and communicate with the Front Office Manager.
