Cambia Health is seeking an Infrastructure Architect - Database & Storage to design and lead high-availability database and storage solutions across cloud-native, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will drive security, encryption, disaster recovery, observability, and capacity planning while embedding governance and architecture standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field with 7+ IT years.
• 2+ years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• 3+ years designing complex system solutions from business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for resilient database and storage across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid deployments.
• Own end‑to‑end database/storage designs with encryption, backup planning and DR targets.
• Define high availability, fault tolerance, and cyber recovery standards.
• Embed observability and telemetry for real‑time platform health.
• Ensure security controls, RBAC, auditing and regulatory alignment.
• Perform capacity planning and create forecasting models for resources.
• Develop reference architectures and govern storage/database standards.
• Maintain technology roadmaps and align with Enterprise Architecture.
