Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to lead architectural vision for resilient storage and database systems across hybrid deployments. You will drive encryption, disaster recovery, and real-time observability while aligning with security and regulatory requirements.

The role requires seven years in IT with leadership/architecture experience and a background in health insurance tech. This hybrid position offers multi-office work options and relocation flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field with seven years in IT and two years in leadership/architecture.
• Seven years in IT with two years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems in complex environments, health insurance domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for resilient database and storage infrastructure across product teams and environments.
• Design and own comprehensive database and storage solutions with encryption, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Establish enterprise resiliency standards, fault-tolerance patterns, and high-availability configurations.
• Embed observability and telemetry for real-time visibility and proactive issue resolution.
• Ensure security controls, encryption, access management, and audit logging across infrastructure.
• Conduct capacity planning and develop forecasts for storage, compute, and networking resources.
