Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions, Inc. seeks an Infrastructure Architect – Database & Storage to lead architectural vision for high-availability database and storage across cloud-native, on-premises, and hybrid configurations.

You will design end-to-end solutions, champion security and disaster recovery, and embed observability and telemetry to ensure platform reliability. This hybrid role requires strong leadership, TOGAF/Archimate knowledge, and a track record of delivering scalable data infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 7 years in IT with 2+ years of technical leadership & architecture experience.
• 5+ years evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Vision & Technical Strategy for resilient database and storage infrastructure across cloud-native, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• End-to-End Solution Design: design and own database and storage solutions with encryption, DR, and RTO/RPO targets.
• Resiliency & High Availability: define fault-tolerance patterns, failover strategies, cyber recovery, and disaster recovery integration.
• Observability & Performance Management: embed telemetry for real-time visibility and proactive risk resolution.
• Security & Compliance: ensure encryption, access controls, audit logging, and regulatory alignment.
