Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to guide architectural vision for resilient database and storage systems across cloud-native, on-prem, and hybrid deployments. You will lead cross-team design efforts, enforce security and recovery standards, and drive observability across the stack.

The role emphasizes capacity planning, governance, and delivering reliable, compliant infrastructure for a growing SaaS environment in a collaborative, mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field with 7+ years IT experience and leadership.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems solutions in complex environments; health insurance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architectural Vision & Technical Strategy for resilient database and storage across product teams.
• End-to-End Solution Design for transactional DB and storage with RTO/RPO targets.
• Establish resiliency, high availability configurations and cyber recovery standards.
• Embed observability and telemetry for real-time platform health.
• Ensure security/compliance with encryption, access controls, and audit logging.
• Capacity planning and forecasting for storage, compute, and networking resources.
• Develop reference architectures and govern storage and DB standards.
• Engage with Enterprise Architecture and governance forums and roadmaps.
• Accurately estimate resources and monitor project delivery.
