Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field plus seven years in IT with a minimum of two years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• Advanced degree preferred; seven years in IT with leadership and architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of health insurance technologies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for resilient database and storage infrastructure across cloud-native, on-premises, and hybrid configurations.
• Design and own comprehensive database and storage solutions with encryption and disaster recovery.
• Establish enterprise standards for resiliency across deployment environments and define high-availability configurations.
• Embed deep observability and automated telemetry for real-time platform health visibility.
• Ensure security controls including encryption, network segmentation, and audit logging are implemented.
• Develop and maintain reference architectures and technology roadmaps for database and storage platforms.
