Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field plus seven years in IT with leadership and architecture experience.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems in complex environments, including health insurance tech and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for resilient database and storage across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments.
• Design and own database and storage solutions including encryption, backup, DR with defined RTO/RPO.
• Establish enterprise resiliency standards, fault-tolerance patterns, and high-availability configurations.
• Embed observability and telemetry for real-time health visibility and proactive risk management.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance with controls like encryption, RBAC, audit logging.
