Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to lead architectural vision for resilient storage and database systems across cloud, on‑prem and hybrid environments. You will drive encryption, disaster recovery and observability, partnering with security teams to protect data and ensure system reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of health insurance tech, and experience shaping reference architectures for enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field plus seven years in IT with leadership and architecture experience.
• Seven years in IT with two years of technical leadership and architecture experience.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing complete systems in complex environments, especially in health insurance tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for resilient database and storage infrastructure across multiple product teams and deployment environments.
• Design and own comprehensive database and storage solutions including encryption, backup planning and disaster recovery with defined RTO and RPO targets.
• Establish enterprise resiliency standards and high-availability configurations across environments.
• Embed observability and telemetry for real-time visibility into platform health and performance.
• Ensure security controls including encryption, network segmentation and audit logging.
• Develop capacity planning and forecasting for storage, compute, and networking resources.
