Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree+7 years IT experience with 2 years in technical leadership and architecture.
• 7+ years IT experience with leadership in design of complex systems.
• Health insurance tech regulatory knowledge preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for resilient DB and storage across cloud-native, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Design and own comprehensive database and storage solutions with defined RTO/RPO targets.
• Establish standards for resiliency, recovery, replication, and cyber vaults across deployments.
• Embed observability and telemetry for real-time platform health monitoring.
• Ensure security controls: encryption at rest/in transit, RBAC, audit logging.
• Perform capacity planning for storage, compute, and networking resources.
• Maintain reference architectures and governance for database/storage patterns.
• Develop technology roadmaps and align with enterprise architecture principles.
• Drive project delivery with accurate resource estimation and quality standards.
