Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking an Infrastructure Architect to lead the architectural vision for resilient database and storage infrastructure across cloud-native, on-premises, and hybrid environments. You will drive high-availability design, encryption, and disaster recovery, while embedding observability across the stack to ensure platform health and data integrity.

You will collaborate with IT Architecture, ensure regulatory security standards, and develop capacity planning and reference

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field with seven years IT experience and leadership.
• Experience evaluating business requirements and designing complex systems; health-insurance knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural vision for resilient database and storage across multiple product teams.
• Design end-to-end database and storage solutions with HA, DR, encryption and backup planning.
• Embed observability and telemetry to monitor platform health and performance.
• Ensure security, regulatory compliance, RBAC and audit logging.
• Develop reference architectures and technology roadmaps; align with enterprise standards.
