Job summary

Chamberlain Group in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Residential Support Representative I to deliver specialized technical assistance for our home-residential product lines. This on-site role focuses on high-quality service from order processing to post-purchase support.

You will work with SAP and CRM tools, handle pricing inquiries, and help customers understand product features and benefits while maintaining safety and confidentiality standards. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of experience in a high volume customer assistance environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong typing skills.
• Mechanical and logical aptitude required.
• 2+ years of College or Technical School preferred.
• Experience in a technical support environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with specialized technical assistance in installation and support for Chamberlain Group Residential Product lines.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while processing orders, returns and customer pricing inquiries across multiple product lines.
• Leverage SAP and CRM to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish of each interaction.
• Verify orders for parts and service quantities are accurate and match shipping options.
• Escalate reported product quality problems and customer complaints.
• Convert inquiries into sales with an emphasis on customer education regarding product features and benefits.
• Attend educational workshops and maintain professional knowledge.
• Obtain information from SAP documents and follow up with customers regarding shipments and pricing orders.
• This role requires regular on-site attendance and the assigned shift; additional hours as needed.
• Comply with health and safety guidelines; protect confidentiality of Chamberlain Group information.
• Contribute to team efforts on related projects.
