Job summary

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, seeks a Technical Service Representative to deliver expert technical support for loading dock equipment by phone and email. You will diagnose issues with control boxes, sensors, and interconnective equipment, assist with installations, and work with engineering to implement future tech solutions.

Qualifications include a HS diploma and 2+ years in a technical environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience, or related technical education may serve in lieu of experience.
• Reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, manuals, and bulletins.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email.
• Investigate and resolve issues with controls, sensors, and wiring.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose production, installation, and technical support issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop future technology solutions.
• Assist with installation of Systems’ products and warranty actions.
