Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer software skills including ERP, spreadsheets, and databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email for equipment setup and install; escalate issues as needed.
• Investigate and resolve production, installation and technical support issues with control boxes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and track issues related to sensors, controllers and interconnective equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to define and implement future technology solutions and communicate with Engineering.
• Assist with installation of Systems’ products and maintain technical knowledge through ongoing learning.
