Responsibilities

• Provide customers with specialized technical assistance in installation and support for residential product lines.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while processing orders, returns and pricing inquiries.
• Verify orders for parts and services align with shipping options and customer expectations.
• Escalate reported product quality problems and customer complaints.
• Convert inquiries into sales with emphasis on product features and benefits.
