Job summary

Namaste Solar is seeking a Residential Service Project Coordinator to move service requests from intake through scheduling, execution, and follow-up. You will coordinate priorities across customers, technicians, management, and materials, translating technical findings into actionable steps for each audience.

Strong communication and project-management discipline are essential. The role involves owning the workflow, improving processes, and supporting sales follow-up on opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple active projects.
• Ability to translate system information into clear, practical steps for customers and technicians.
• Comfort with learning and using new software systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the Residential Service schedule, including De/Re work, and adjust priorities as needed.
• Manage service intake by gathering information, identifying urgency, and determining next steps.
• Coordinate projects from intake to completion with clear scope, materials, and timelines.
