Job summary

Interstate Gas Supply is seeking a Lead, Residential Solar Service Operations to guide a team responsible for performance, operations, and maintenance of a 500 MW+ residential solar portfolio. You will manage partner relationships, oversee service invoices, validate system operation, and drive scalable, best-in-class service across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Operations, Renewable Energy or related field is a plus.
• 2-4+ years experience in Solar or Energy industries.
• Familiarity with multiple Residential Solar system architectures.
• 3+ years of Excel for data analysis and communicating data effectively.
• NABCEP certification is a plus.
• Experience with Solar Shading tools such as Aurora/Solmetric Suneye preferred.
• CRM software familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner relationships to ensure operational and financial success for IGS Solar.
• Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues quickly.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Lead the service team through daily management, training, and development.
• Create and deliver training materials for partners and staff.
• Compile reports and dashboards to measure partnerships and efficiency.
• Develop workflows to enhance service quality and reduce risks.
• Maintain thorough documentation of site visits, maintenance requests, and service activities.
