Job summary

Smart Infrastructure seeks a Customer Service Administrator to support the Solar Service Operations team, acting as the liaison between customers, field service teams, manufacturers and internal partners to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The role coordinates inquiries, manages quotes and orders, schedules service activities, tracks shipments and warranty claims, and maintains accurate records to support efficient operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service or administrative coordination experience.
• Experience working directly with customers in a service environment.
• Experience processing customer documentation, PO's, quotes, or service records.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries and service requests.
• Coordinate communication among customers, field technicians, and internal stakeholders.
• Process quotes, purchase orders, service documentation, and customer records.
• Schedule service activities, meetings, training sessions, and events.
• Track shipments, spare-parts orders, and warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and databases.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities for the Solar Service Operations team.
• Escalate customer concerns and assist with issue resolution while maintaining professionalism.
• Collaborate across functions to support service execution and continuous improvement.
