Job summary

Open Arms Care is seeking a Site Operations Manager (Home Manager) to lead day program operations at a Memphis site. The role focuses on client teaching, mentoring, and coaching while supervising DSPs and shift Supervisors.

You will oversee budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and documentation to ensure high-quality care and compliance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ID/DD, 2+ years in leadership, and certifications in CPR and PCM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the ID/DD field in direct support of clients
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire
• Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel and related applications)

Responsibilities

• Represent OAC professionally in community meetings, events and functions
• Assist in hiring, selection and placement activities to ensure best-qualified applicants
• Foster a collaborative work environment for all employees
• Communicate plans of care and directions to on-site work teams
• Maintain supply inventories and alternate on-call responsibilities
• Manage budgetary obligations and HR tasks including payroll and performance reviews
• Ensure safety and cleanliness per facility standards and licensure
• Attend safety, incident management, and site meetings as required
• Review documentation such as bed checks and shift notes for improvements
• Provide coverage at other sites when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
