Open Arms Care Corporation is seeking a Site Operations Manager (Home Manager) in Memphis, TN to lead DSPs and shift supervisors, monitor active treatment and client growth, and ensure a safe, organized living environment. You will liaise with departments, manage scheduling, inventory, and payroll, and drive quality of care across sites.

You will oversee up to 30 staff, participate in weekly planning with the Program Manager and Site Nurse, and ensure compliance with licensure and safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years ID/DD direct support experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• PCM certification within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and related applications.

Responsabilités

• Represent OAC in a positive, professional manner in community meetings and events.
• Assist in hiring, selection, and placement to ensure qualified applicants.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative work environment for all staff.
• Communicate plans of care to work teams on site and follow through.
• Weekly inventory updates of supplies.
• Alternate on-call responsibilities including weekend supervisory visits.
• Manage budgetary obligations per OAC practices and handle payroll/scheduling.
• Ensure a safe, clean living and working environment per safety standards.
• Attend Safety Committee and Incident Management meetings and follow up.
• Oversee documentation accuracy: bed checks, shift notes, repositioning notes.
• Attend site meetings to address client and staff needs.
• Serve as liaison for parents/guardians when necessary.
• Collaborate with Program Manager and Site Nurse in weekly planning.
• Support client participation in enrichment activities and community integration.
• Maintain relationships with conservators and family members.
• Provide coverage at other sites when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
