Job summary

Open Arms Care Corporation is seeking a Program Manager in Memphis, TN to oversee client programs and implement programmatic and administrative policies. You will train staff, ensure documentation accuracy, and manage program operations in alignment with Open Arms Care policies.

The role requires leading care for individuals with IDD, developing and training on support plans, and coordinating with families, health professionals, and management to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Services or related field required.
• 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with IDD required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Current CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• PCM certification within 60 days of hire is required.
• Proficient computer skills and related programs such as Microsoft, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of ICF, DIDD and Licensure regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage care for a maximum caseload of 16 individuals with IDD.
• Prepare and train on Individual Support Plans and related documents.
• Assess skill level, independence, and needed supports for caseload.
• Maintain documentation and participate in incident management and reviews.
• Train new and current employees on ISP and BSP implementations.
