Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ID/DD field required.
• At least 2 years of prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire required.
• Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Represent OAC in a professional manner at community meetings and events.
• Assist in hiring, selection and placement activities to ensure qualified applicants.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative work environment for staff.
• Follow plans of care for clients and communicate with on-site teams.
• Maintain weekly supply inventories and participate in budgeting duties.
• Provide weekend supervisory coverage and on-call duties as assigned.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness per facility standards and regulatory requirements.
• Attend Safety Committee and Incident Management meetings and follow up as needed.
• Ensure documentation accuracy including bed checks and shift notes.
