Job summary

Open Arms Care is seeking a Site Operations Manager in Memphis to lead client care, supervise up to 30 staff, and ensure efficient site operations. You will coordinate plans of care, manage resources, and maintain a safe, compliant residential environment for individuals with ID/DD.

You will oversee payroll, scheduling, performance reviews, and site budgeting, while supporting staff development and community liaison activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ID/DD field or direct support supervision.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire is required.
• PCM certification within 60 days of hire is required.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills related to Word, Excel and other applications.

Responsibilities

• Represent OAC in a positive, professional manner at community events and functions.
• Assist in hiring, selection, and placement to ensure qualified applicants are selected.
• Foster a supportive, collaborative work environment with staff engagement activities.
• Communicate plans of care to work teams and ensure follow-through on site.
• Weekly inventory updates of supply items.
• Alternate on-call responsibilities including weekend supervisory visits.
• Manage budgets, payroll, scheduling, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
• Maintain safe, clean living and working environments per facility standards.
• Attend Safety Committee and Incident Management meetings and follow up as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation like bed checks, shift notes, and repositioning notes; drive improvements.
• Participate in weekly planning meetings with Program Manager and Site Nurse to support holistic client care.
• Ensure client participation in enrichment activities and community integration with a calendar of events.
• Maintain relationships with conservators and family members as needed.
• Provide coverage to other sites when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
