Job summary

Open Arms Care in Nashville seeks a Site Operations Manager to oversee DSPs and shift supervisors, monitor client progress, and maintain a safe, organized home. You will liaise with site leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality services and efficient operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, inventory, maintaining safety standards, staff development, and coordination with program managers to support client growth and community integration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ID/DD direct support.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire (provided by Open Arms Care).
• Certified in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) within 60 days of hire (provided by Open Arms Care).
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Represent OAC professionally in community meetings and events.
• Assist in hiring, selection, and placement to secure qualified staff.
• Foster a collaborative work environment including staff engagement activities.
• Coordinate plans of care and communicate with on-site work teams.
• Weekly supply inventory updates.
• Alternate on-call responsibilities including weekend visits.
• Oversee budgetary obligations per OAC practices including payroll and scheduling.
• Maintain safe, clean living/working environment per safety standards.
• Attend Safety Committee and Incident Management Meetings and follow-up as needed.
• Ensure documentation quality and staff coaching for improvements.
