Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot and service security systems for homes and businesses. You will configure, reconstruct, and program ADT solutions, and clearly communicate system status and inspection results to customers and the care center.

This role requires hands-on technical aptitude, strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED. ADT offers comprehensive benefits, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years installing and inspecting/repairing ADT or comparable product line.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions.
• Advise customers and care center on system status and inspections.
• Test signals and ensure proper communication with central monitoring.
• Provide customer service to help customers understand protection in their home.
