Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure and program security and site automation systems for homes and small businesses. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control, ensuring reliable monitoring communications and system readiness.

You should bring service experience, strong technical aptitude, and excellent verbal communication with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Service experience in security or technician roles.
• Strong verbal communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Valid drivers license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions.
• Service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• Provide a customer service champion mindset to help customers understand protection at home.
