Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions for residential and commercial customers. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control, testing signals with central monitoring to ensure reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions.
• Service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• Provide excellent customer service, helping customers understand protection in their home or business.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, visiting customers at homes or businesses.
