Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions on customer sites. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video and access control, while testing signals with central monitoring and ensuring reliable protection for homes.

A focus on customer service and clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Service experience preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions.
• Service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to ensure proper operation.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers understand protection in their home.
