Job summary

ADT is hiring a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program security and site automation solutions. The role involves servicing fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control, while following wired/wireless procedures and testing signals with central monitoring.

The ideal candidate has service experience, technical aptitude, and a customer-focused mindset, with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum service experience in security/tech fields.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and problem solving.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• Provide customer service to help customers understand and protect their home.
