Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions in customers' homes.

Responsibilities include servicing fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control, while following wired/wireless connection procedures and testing signals with central monitoring to ensure proper service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions.
• Service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to establish service.
