Eaton’s North America Sales division is seeking a Senior Outside Sales Engineer - Residential within 50 miles of Grapevine, TX, Austin, TX, and San Antonio, TX, to market and sell Eaton’s electrical products and services to the Residential market. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum three years of experience in B2B sales or related roles.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel up to 25% overnight.
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of Grapevine, TX, Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key contractors and channel partners in new construction and retrofit markets.
• Identify and activate high-potential installers and distribution partners within the territory.
• Execute territory sales plans and business development strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Conduct regular customer visits, field events, trade shows, and site visits to strengthen relationships and drive demand.
• Collaborate with product lines, operations, and internal stakeholders to provide customer-centric solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and utilize market intelligence to drive data-based decisions.
• Influence purchasing decisions through technical expertise and solution selling.
