Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. seeks a Residential Program Manager to oversee five licensed homes, supervising residential staff and direct care teams in Maryland. The role is full-time and exempt, reporting to the Assistant Director of Residential Services.

You will ensure health and safety standards, drive Individual Planning outcomes, coordinate medical services, and maintain data accuracy across systems while supporting staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts in a human services related field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Education.
• At least three years of experience in developmental disabilities with one year in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the five licensed homes and residential staff.
• Ensure health and safety needs meet COMAR, CMS, nursing regulations and agency policies.
• Develop outcomes, goals and strategies in Individual Planning and track progress with the Quality Manager.
• Ensure timely medical services for individuals in care.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one supervision with Residential Supervisors.
• Use agency database for accurate data entry and reporting.
• Schedule shifts, monitor overtime, and manage timekeeping.
• Be on-call 24/7 for assigned homes.
• Conduct quarterly home visits and follow up on issues.
• Assist with Personal Planning Meetings and annual meetings.
• Attend agency meetings and trainings as assigned.
• Monitor household funds and review incident reports.
• Support staff in connecting clients to their communities.
• Perform periodic unannounced visits to agency homes.
• Ensure monthly paperwork is submitted timely.
