The role involves hands-on care and supervision for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including daily living activities and community outings. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current driver’s license with less than 3 points.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend all meetings and trainings as required
• Implement the individual’s Person‑Centered Plan and maintain data to measure goals.
• Maintain records including schedules, notes, charts, time sheets, logs, cash and mileage.
• Assist with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivate and expand independent living skills
• Aid in developing meaningful and personal relationships
• Implement strategies to achieve personal goals
• Other duties as assigned
