Qualifications

• Strong understanding of DDA and COMAR regulations and compliance.
• Experience supervising multiple sites and staff teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all programs, ensuring licensing, health, and safety standards.
• Provide supervision to House Managers and program staff.
• Lead regular program meetings to align staff on goals, updates, and expectations.
• Ensure services are person-centered and aligned with individual support plans; monitor documentation.
• Assist in inspections, audits, and investigations, ensuring timely resolution of findings.
